Valchromat is a wood fiber panel where each fiber is individually impregnated with organic dyes, then bonded with a special resin that gives the material exceptional physical and mechanical properties. The color permeates the entire thickness: when you mill, cut, or engrave with CNC, the edge reveals exactly the same shade as the surface, with no touch-up needed. Classified as MDF.HLS according to EN 622-5 standard, it naturally fits into demanding interior design projects where the quality of finish leaves no room for compromise. Mass-tinted — homogeneous color throughout, perfect edges after machining (EN 622-5 / MDF.HLS) High density — 830 kg/m³ at 8 mm, bending strength of 42 N/mm²; 770 kg/m³ at 19 mm (EN 310) Low swelling — 12% at 8 mm, 8% at 19 mm after 24-hour immersion (EN 317), ensuring reliable dimensional stability in humid environments Recommended finish — two-component acrylic varnish, wax, or mineral oil to reveal and protect the surface
