ZIPBOLT™ by Knapp is a range of innovative solutions for assembling worktops and solid frames. After completing the recess machining, simply insert the connector and screw it in using a screwdriver with a hex or torx bit, depending on the version. While traditional connectors require complicated screwing with a wrench, the assembly of the ZIPBOLT™ is simple, very quick, and can even be done with one hand. This is made possible by the unique design of the system, which consists of a threaded rod with a fine metric thread and a gear drive transmitting the force. Suitable for worktop thicknesses from 13 mm to 40 mm. Fast – effortless tightening in just a few seconds. One-handed assembly possible. Easy to install, with a hex bit and screwdriver instead of an open-end wrench. Disassembly and reassembly without damage. Very strong tightening thanks to the fine thread of the connector. Versatile – available in different variants to suit various configurations. Accepts significant tolerances.
